2. Services Offered

2.1 The services available through this website consist of events held in Spain. These events mainly include retreats or multi-day stays, as well as individual sessions aimed at improving participants’ mental and physical well-being. Various techniques and activities are offered during these events, which generally have a holistic approach.

2.2 The ORGANIZATION does not operate as a medical or psychiatric institution, and events are not conducted in a clinical environment. Any guidance provided by the ORGANIZATION to clients, including recommendations such as dietary preparation prior to events, is for informational purposes only. Certain guidelines may be required for participation but must not be interpreted as medical advice. Clients should consult their physician before modifying or discontinuing any medical treatment.

3. Reservation

3.1 To secure attendance at an event, the client must complete a registration form including personal and medical information and pay a deposit of at least 75% of the total event cost.

3.2 Once payment has been received and the participation requirements have been met, the ORGANIZATION will confirm the client’s place in the selected event.

3.3 If the client pays the deposit but does not meet the medical requirements for participation, or if the ORGANIZATION has serious doubts regarding the accuracy of the medical questionnaire, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit fully refunded within five days.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1 All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes.

4.2 Deposits may be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

4.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than the first day of the event. This balance must be paid in cash (euros only), unless the amount exceeds the legal cash payment limit established by law.

4.4 Payments made to LOVE IS THE ANSWER S.L. cover accommodation, meals, transportation, and professional services. No charges are made for entheogens.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Client)

5.1 The client may cancel their reservation at any time by notifying the ORGANIZATION.

5.2 If cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the event, the client may transfer 100% of the deposit to another event scheduled within 12 months of the originally booked event. If the deposit is not used within this period, it will be forfeited.

5.3 If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event, the client will forfeit 100% of the deposit and will not be entitled to transfer it to another event.

5.4 The deposit is non-refundable in all of the above cases.

5.5 If the client leaves an event before its completion for any reason, no proportional refund will be issued.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Organization)

6.1 The ORGANIZATION reserves the right to cancel an event under any circumstances.

6.2 If the ORGANIZATION cancels an event, the client will be offered either a transfer of the reservation to a different date or a full refund of all payments made.

6.3 If an event is cancelled due to force majeure (including but not limited to fires, earthquakes, pandemics, or wars), the client may transfer their reservation to a new date or receive a full refund once normal conditions are restored, and no later than one year after the scheduled event.

7. Travel and Insurance

7.1 Travel to the event location, or to the designated pickup location arranged by the ORGANIZATION, is the client’s responsibility and expense. The ORGANIZATION is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by travel providers, nor for problems arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

7.2 For this reason, clients traveling from abroad are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering the event activities, flight cancellations, illness, and other medical contingencies.

8. Changes to the Event Program

Unforeseen circumstances beyond the ORGANIZATION’s control may require changes to the type of activities or schedules during events. In such cases, the ORGANIZATION will inform clients as soon as possible and will arrange comparable activities or alternative schedules that minimize disruption.

9. Health

If the ORGANIZATION becomes aware that:

a) The client’s health condition differs from the information provided in the medical questionnaire;
b) The client’s physical or psychological condition is incompatible with the activities; or
c) The client has failed to follow the ORGANIZATION’s instructions;

the ORGANIZATION reserves the right to limit the client’s participation in activities in order to ensure their safety and well-being.

10. Responsibility for Clients’ Personal Property

10.1 The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for loss or damage to clients’ personal belongings during events unless caused by the negligence of the ORGANIZATION’s staff.

10.2 Clients are advised to take standard precautions with their valuables. If they wish to secure particularly valuable items, they should contact the person responsible for the event.

11. Intellectual Property and Image Rights

The client acknowledges and agrees that the ORGANIZATION holds the intellectual, industrial, and image rights arising directly or indirectly from the activities carried out during events, subject only to the limitations established by applicable data protection regulations.

12. Issues During Events

If any issue arises during an event, the client must inform the responsible representative of the ORGANIZATION so that it can be addressed promptly.
